Grants and government contracts, found for you — every week.
New funding programs and public tenders open constantly across federal, provincial, and municipal sources. Most organizations find out about the right ones too late — or never. Databases hand you 500 raw listings and leave the hard part to you: is this actually a fit for us?
What lands in your inbox every week
A short, ranked digest of only the opportunities that genuinely fit your organization — with a plain-language verdict on each one.
Community Facility Enhancement Program — Large Stream
Why it fits: Your facility upgrade is a named priority category and you meet every eligibility criterion, including the incorporation requirement. Watch out for: matching-funds documentation. Next step: request the application package this week; budget ~15 hours.
Facilities Maintenance Services — Regional Buildings (RFP)
Why it fits: Scope matches your services division; PSIB set-aside applies to your entity. Watch out for: SAP Ariba registration — free, but allow 3–5 days.
Indigenous Tourism Development Stream
Intake expected to reopen in September; your Q4 project would qualify. Holding on watchlist — you'll know the day it opens.
Every non-fit is logged with the reason — so you never wonder "did they see X?" We saw it, and here's the call we made.
Judgment, not listings
Ranked weekly digest
New opportunities matched against your eligibility, capacity, and priorities — with a fit score and rationale for each, not a wall of links.
Deadlines that never sneak up
A rolling deadline calendar in every digest. Nothing closes on you unnoticed — that's the whole point.
The pass list
Everything reviewed and set aside is logged with the reason. Full accountability: nothing was missed, and you can verify it.
Full-landscape coverage
CanadaBuys, Alberta Purchasing Connection, MERX, municipal portals, federal and provincial grant programs, foundation and sector-specific streams.
"Isn't there an app for that?"
Yes — and those feeds are my raw input. Database tools cost $200–$3,600+ per year and still leave the actual bottleneck on your desk: reading guidelines, checking eligibility, judging fit. That triage is what this service does for you.
The app tells you 40 things exist. I tell you which 3 are worth your week, why, and what to do first. The app can't be accountable for a missed deadline. I am.
Simple tiers, month to month
No long-term contract. Cancel anytime. One captured grant or contract typically pays for years of the fee.

Who's behind this
I'm Jeremy — an Alberta-based analyst with seven years of technical business experience, including two-plus years working with an organization focused on strengthening First Nations communities. I've written 15–20 funded grant applications and know the Canadian procurement and funding landscape from the applicant's side of the table: CanadaBuys and PSIB set-asides, Alberta grant programs, and the realities of Nation-owned group-of-companies structures that generic tools handle poorly.
